Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0
Build ID: 2015103000
Steps to reproduce:
When going to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ I get the message "This Connection is Untrusted
You have asked Firefox to connect securely to bugzilla.mozilla.org, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
What Should I Do?
If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.
This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate.
bugzilla.mozilla.org uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is only valid for securelogin.arubanetworks.com
(Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)"
instead of displaying the wifi login page.

That's something to fix in the captive portal of your network provider and not Firefox.
See for example https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/858940 which is related.

As part of the error message, not in about:config

Bugzilla is not a support forum. Support is provided on http://support.mozilla.com/
And please stop changing the status of bug reports.

I am not asking for support, I am asking that you fix a bug/regression. you used to be able to just click an ignore this warning message. Now you cant. Why do you keep switching a known bug to invalid?
