The in-tree docs for thread/chrome hang stats has a few errors that need to be fixed:
* those entries have the wrong indentation level, as they shold be the same level as "info"
* the provided link to the pseudostack documentation is not correctly rendered
* change "This value represents the 95th percentile of the thread hangs stack depths reported by Telemetry." to report the correct percentile: "99.9th percentile"
