Installer should also add Shortcuts for "COMPOSER" and "IRC" to
START/Programs/Mozilla.

For people who just want to work on a web page or just want to chat, it would be
useful to be able to load only that module, and not have to first load the
browser or mail module.

Warning: currently the chatzilla install script is purely cross-platform (even
though there are currently three copies in the tree due to build issues that bug
22062 will one day resolve). This can be done, but if someone takes this on
don't just blindly copy what browser.jst or mail.jst does.

The [Install.]platform property can be used by a script to determine which
platform it's running on.
