Does NOT reproduce if layers.async-pan-zoom.enabled -> false
OS: Unspecified → Linux
Presumably this also doesn't happen with layers.acceleration.force-enabled set to false (default)?
Blocks: apz-desktop

Seeing a report of this on twitter: https://twitter.com/johndrinkwater/status/771321501014523905
I believe it is on Linux.
I've tested on OS X and Windows and can't reproduce the issue. The page in question is this one: https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/which-browsers-and-operating-systems-support-lets-encrypt/4394 and obviously twitter itself.
