Basically, for a PMR or Personal Health Records, it can actually look like a facebook page, with latest photo. For the user, information such as vaccination records, current medications, current chronic medical conditions and perhaps next visit dates to the doctors are useful records. Hospitalisation summaries are very important too, as well and the most current labs or radiological reports. If I travel to Taiwan now and have all these records to show to a doctor there, it will be extremely useful for the doctors there to treat me.
