Details |
The same string containing entities, placed both into <title> and <body>
displayed differently in Mozilla. Whiló it is ok within <body> tag, all umlaut
(such as ä) entities loose their umlauts and became just 'a'.
Testcase is provided.

are you sure you have this problem on win2000 ? or just win95/98/me?
My winXP show me correctly.
