Steps to reproduce:
Make sure the menu bar (at the top of the window) is hidden (default setting)
1. Press ALT+D to go to the address bar
2. Start typing until the suggestions/history drop-down list appears
3. Press ALT+F to activate the menu bar
Actual results:
The menu bar appears but the drop-down list's position is not updated.
Expected results:
The drop-down list should move down. See attached screenshot.
