If a xul image box has a -moz-appearance set on it, and a style change causes it
to have a list-style-image applied, it will draw the list-style-image even if
nsITheme is being used to draw the box.

Pink, this is probably the cause of your list-style-image problems in tree
headers and elsewhere.
