Menu Icon not available
I see no icon for the Menu in the browser. No hamburger icon is visible. See screenshots attached.
I am using Firefox for Android on the OnePlus X. It runs OxygenOS version 2.1.3-X, based off Android version 5.1.1.

This is fixed on Nightly. there is a build at https://nightly.mozilla.org
