>>> My Info: Win7_64, Nightly 46, 32bit, ID 20160110030214
STR:
1. Open http://example.com/
2. Move any button from the list below to Toolbar
3. Click the button from Step 1
4. Move mouse within the opened popup so that mouse pointer was hovering the popup
but was located outside of the toolbox rectangle
Result:
Dropmarker is shown
Expectations: (A), (B), (C) or (D)
A) Dropmarker shouldn't be visible after Step 3
B) Dropmarker should always be visible when I hover mouse over popups (for consistency)
C) Annoying "enhancement" in bug 1203494 should be backed out
D) At least bug 1211217 should be backed out
Full list of affected buttons (see screencast recorded using another bug I filed):
> Forget, Synched tabs, Pocket, Sidebars, Encoding, Devtools, History, Bookmarks, Bookmarks Toolbar Items (folders)

I think this should be wontfix. Jared, does that make sense to you?

Yeah, it deals too much on how we determine if a button is "open" and treat it the same as hovering the button. 'wontfix' is fine with me.
