Steps: 1. Open Firefox. 2. Wait 1 minute for the lists to finish downloading. 3. Open a new Private Browsing window. 4. Go to http://itisatrap.org/firefox/its-a-tracker.html 5. Verify that both tests are green ("correctly blocked") as per attached screenshot. 6. Go to http://cnn.com 7. Verify that the tracking protection shield appears in the URL bar.

Thanks Andrei! By the way, in step 2, waiting for 30 seconds is probably sufficient since this is supposed to be done as soon as the browser starts. That's unlike Safe Browsing lists (the two smoketests we added earlier) which have an arbitrary delay of up to 5 minutes before the lists are downloaded.
