As far as I can tell this is caused by Media code running after we're already far into the shutdown process. This is a very common intermittent on windows, let's get it fixed. Do you have any ideas Anthony?

This is MediaStreamGraph, and should be fixed by bug 1239873 which is being worked on now.  It should land in Fx47.
