I've seen this a few times. I'm attaching a screenshot.
I'm running nightly x86_64.

It seems to be present more with browser chrome than with content. I occasionally see entirely black right-click menus and other oddities with the tab/URL bar.

I thought bug 1232042 was supposed to fix these, but it doesn't seem to have made much difference.
Here's a screenshot from the 2016-04-12 nightly
Yeah, we know bug 1232042 fixed some workflows, the ones that we could reproduce at will, but we know there are problems left. Bas is also testing the latest Windows 10 preview, positive results so far.

I got a bunch of graphics driver updates today, for both the NVIDIA and Intel chips. I'll see if that makes a difference...

Well, never mind... still seeing the same graphics glitches, although for a bit I'd though they'd gone away.

I've actually seen some artifacts when coming out of hibernation on the latest preview as well. I've seen them on Edge as well but there they seem to 'flash' (i.e. they appear but say half a second or so later they disappear again).

Fwiw, my glitches look a little different than the ones in the screenshot.

Yes, I think I see them most commonly coming out of hibernation (or maybe just unlocking the screen?) as well. And the glitches look rather different at different times.
