>>> My Info: Win7_64, Nightly 46, 32bit, ID 20160114060719
STR:
0. Maximize the firefox window. Make sure that Windows Taskbar is placed at the bottom side
or the left side of the screen. (Actually, I believe it's reproducible on Linux as well)
1.A) [realistic (connection)] Open http://www.rp-online.de/ in a new tab
1.B) [easy-to-reproduce] Open data:text/html,Link , press Tab key
2. While status panel is displayed at the left side, hover mouse over the status panel
[make sure it jumps to the right side]
3. If the Taskbar is placed at the bottom, move mouse strictly to the bottom side of screen
If the Taskbar is placed at the left, move mouse strictly to the left side of screen
Result:
After Step 3 the "status panel place" isn't hovered, but status panel is displayed at the right side
Expectations:
After Step 3 the status panel should be displayed at the left side
