Details
The tests in layout/generic/test/test_plugin_* use XUL which is disabled in content processes (and therefore they don't pass in e10s). We should determine if they're testing something useful or if we can ignore them for rollout.

These are useful tests related to clipping and positioning of plugins. Almost all appear convertible to browser chrome tests except maybe one test which is relying on some xul positional attributes.

We're in the process of removing support for plugins (bug 1677160) and bug 1687239 has removed the relevant Layout code, so this bug is irrelevant now. (There are no files named layout/generic/test/test_plugin_* anymore.)
