Details
I open the browser. It automatically seeks the home page. I attempt to minimize
the browser to the task bar. It minimizes and then instantly maximimizes. The
user sees the window disappear and move downward, the taskbar change colors, and
then the window move back to maximized position.
Opening a site in another tab will prevent this behavior. It would appear that
changing to a different site in the same window also prevents this
behavior--though I can't confirm that the latter occurs consistently yet.
Nothing exceptional about browser other than running through Adsubtract proxy
and all tab options are enabled from preferences.
Note that this occurs in both .98 and all versions thereafter.

From 0.9.8 release notes:
* Mozilla's Classic theme has problems minimizing windows on some Microsoft
Windows systems. The workaround is to 'minimize all windows' in a context click
on the Windows taskbar. After this the minimize behavior should be normal.
Another workaround is to use the Modern theme. (Bug 120155)
