The embedding UI changes mean we can't depend on the progress dialog being a
true browser window. We will have to change Install.alert() and
Install.confirm() to not rely on the parent DOMWindow.
This is a subtask of bug 105085, enumerated separately because it's not obvious
changing the UI will affect these script commands even in a non-embedded
environment.
