Can this be done...
Add an option to import a HTML file into Mozilla Mail&News templates
so that users can have HTML background templates for e-mail (very
similar to Stationery on OE 6 for Windows; about time for some
competition to Microsoft). This is similar to applying background images
to new messages although this would allow users to import HTML files
(including stationery from Windows) into Templates.
