User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:44.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/44.0
Build ID: 20160205155049
Steps to reproduce:
Options -> Security -> Saved Logins
Actual results:
Window is not easily resizeable or scrollable horizontally, so much of the data is unreadable. If the window is resized it reverts back to the small view the next time the window is displayed.
Expected results:
A full width view with a horizontal scroll bar if the data exceeds the width.

@Tim,
The meta bug: 718011 is moving dialog windows of preference settings into in-content.
For this bug, how about let’s move the content inside the dialog window into in-content as well first ?
And since UX team is working on the Preference page improvement, we could revisit about UX topics then.
thanks.

The bug 1243002 and 1130447 has the similar issue too. Maybe we could proceed them in the same way.

The dialog is already "in-content". This bug is being set as blocking bug 718011 because this is a defect caused by that work.
I guess what you are trying to suggest is to address this bug and bug 1243002 altogether with the approach of bug 1130447? I think that's good but we should looking for an opinion from a Firefox peer.

Yes, this can definitely be revisited once there is a full refresh spec/visual work.
