In bug 1230222 we're wanting to have consumers of Treeherder's API set a User Agent, to make issues (or eg deprecation of a particular endpoint) easier to track.

Thank you for the patch, Ed. Just one advice for the future is that we do not use Bugzilla but the Github issue tracker, and that we reference the issue # in the commit message.

Oh, and it's mozmill-ci not mozmill which would be the non-supported test harness. Moving bug to our infrastructure component at least.

Yeah unfortunately Treeherder does use Bugzilla and this blocks a Treeherder bug, so we needed a corresponding Bugzilla bug.
Not sure if there's an easy way around this...
