[Description] Click "Done" before entering any password during sign in [Reproduce Steps] 1. Launch Browser app 2. Settings -> Sign in to Sync 3. Enter email -> Next 4. This issue is not due to overlap with OK button, this is string truncation on a character in string: Please check your password and try "again" The "g" is truncated

Hi Mike, Please check bug 1226076, Comment 6 and Comment 7. They discussed this issue. Thank you.
I'll suggest keep this issue open and to see if bug1226076 can fix this issue or not. Based on bug1226076 comment 6 bug1226076 comment 7, I don't see the discussion about truncation issue but the inconsistent font style.
