seen when clicking on one of the top 20 downloads zdnet is using some kind of image ruler to set the cell width that contains the table that's left aligned. however it ignores <br> and pushes that image aut of the <td> frame. testcase to follow

this is the test case. see how we don't wrap at <br> OPERA - wraps at <br> IE60 - pushes the image out of the containing frame (<td>) that's completly nonsense however both look good, only we are screwed. (note that in the original source zdnet is unsing an image that's 1 high and white)
