Details
In order to meet UX guidelines, I did a separate date instance & time instance of DateFormat and concatenated them with " - ". However, this may not be properly localized, e.g.:
* Some locales may prefer "<Time> - <Date>"
* A hyphen may not be a proper divider in some locales
We should see if there's a good way to do this using java's DateFormat APIs.
