Steps to reproduce:
I do not know how to reproduce this issue because after a nightly build last week that i installed, it doesn't show up for me on any of my pc's i've been using to do my work.
Actual results:
1. I just installed firefox developer on a newly installed win 10 pc
2. Went to edit my current Visual Studio 2015 MVC
3. Open the inspector, and nothing is there. (see video)
Expected results:
Rules should be there. They were before.
