When packaging TB it fails with: Error: /builds/slave/tb-c-cen-lx-ntly-0000000000000/build/objdir-tb/mail/installer/package-manifest:607: Missing file(s): bin/res/accessiblecaret.png etc. This comes from changes in bug 1097398.

Only IM and mail because it's always hard to find someone from SM to get a+ for landing.
