Details

nexus-s-9 on autophone-2 disconnected at 12:49 and did not recover when the host rebooted at 13:07. We will need to unplug it and plug it back into the server to recover. I'll wait for monday to ping someone about it.

:bc, this was my bad. i disconnected it from the USB and reconnected it during lunch. i'll check it on Monday if no one in the office is able to get to it.
