User Story

We want NPS reports per add-on version.
The simplest way to do that seems to be to point specific add-on versions to a different NPS form.

Acceptance criteria:
- Point NPS survey button (displayed at the end of the first session) to a different SurveyGizmo link for the add-on v1.2 release

For this bug fix, given the time constraints, going to change form pref to point directly to the new survery. For future, a more elegant solution might be to point to the Mozilla redirect page we had before, and include the Hello version in the request, allowing the redirect to send users to the appropriate survey based on the version. This way the url won't need to change in the prefs. Does this sound like something we would want to do for future and maybe create a new bug for it?

Yes, this will happen for each add-on release so we get NPS per add-on version.

I'm ok with this patch due to the time constraints but don't forget to create a follow-up for the next iteration that covers what you said about including Hello version in the request. However I'm not the best person to decide about the complexity or not of doing what Romain said, so asking :Standard8 if it's possible to implement a better solution without risk before thursday.
