When a Mozilla shortcut is in Windows Quick Launch bar, the tooltip displayed
when the mouse pointer is over the shortcut displays wrong text. More precisely,
the "Mozilla" string is duplicated in two lines.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Just add a Mozilla shortcut to the Quick Launch bar and, after doing that, place
the mouse pointer over the shortcut.
