This bug will be used to track the work across multiple systems required to implement crash dashboards based on unified telemetry instead of crash-stats. This will allow us to have correct crash metrics for e10s users, and it will also allow us to track the crash rates of e10s and non-e10s users, as well as the crash rates of people who are and are not in a telemetry experiment.
