search for the term "download error save link as unknown" at https://duckduckgo.com - results: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=firefox+45+download+error+save+link+as+unknown&t=ffsb 
the fifth link down is to https://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/ue/downloads/ which is a 404: page not found.  

Should redirect somewhere else for public search result
I don't know why DuckDuckGo is caching the very old page. The archive can be found here:
