It happened second time this week. Nightly was opened for a longer time and scrolling with two fingers stopped working. It does not work to scroll a page: a scroll bar shows up but the page does not move. On the other hand, it works to scroll the open tabs. 
Strange: for example on the yammer page, it does not work to scroll messages, but I can still scroll the list of the people that are online (in lower right corner).

I have tested this issue on MacBook Pro OS X 10.10 with Firefox Nightly 48.0a1(2016-03-30) and I can't reproduce it, I will try to see how it works after 1 day of testing, and I will come with an update. 

Dragana do you think that is related with e10s?

I tested this issue for about 1 day and I can't reproduce it with FF Nightly 48.0a1 (2016-03-30), if I will see something I will came with an update.
