the following: http://entropymine.com/jason/testbed/mime/oct/file.zip offers the Downloading dialog and not the save as the server sends: Content-Type: application/octet-stream 20020213
http://entropymine.com/jason/testbed/mime/oct/file.txt takes about some weird: "Text File" [application/octet-stream] when in fact it's plain: "application/octet-stream"
We should give the user an option to open the data in a helper app of choice instead of just saving. For example, I often want to open random files in emacs, including files served as application/octet-stream. Also, many servers are misconfigured and send application/octet-stream for various kinds of data for which the user may know the type and may want to pick a helper (web storage things are notorious for this). I suggest this be marked wontfix.
I'll go you one better: INVALID.
