User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0
Build ID: 20160406030221
Steps to reproduce:
See attached file.
Actual results:
text-decoration: overline ride text emphasis marks at small font parts.
Expected results:
From an aesthetic point of view, they should be separated from each other.
(I have recognized that the css3-text-decor spec doesn't define anything.)

You can probably raise this to CSSWG and see what do people think there: https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/new
