Mozilla(build ver. 2002020406, Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.8) programs running: AOL Instant messanger(stand alone from aol.com) on about.com, after pressing a aim window which flashed, I clicked on an article (http://usgovinfo.about.com/library/weekly/aa021802a.htm?PM=59_0102_T) from the front page. While loading the the window began to flash. There are no loading objects or anything that needs my attention from it which would cause such a thing. when opening a new window it appears to be fine. Stupid unimportant bug worth reporting...
