Build: 02-18 trunk/all platform, N6.2.1 build on WinXP-CN Steps: 1. Launch browser, and go to: http://cgi-lib.berkeley.edu/ex/simple-form.html 2. Go to View | Character Coding | More | East Asian | SimpChinese (HZ) 3. Type some SimpChinese characters into the require field. 4. Submit the form. Result: The result page will be displayed in western (iso-8859-1) (see bug 126334), and manually change the charset as HZ will get a garbled page after "You"; change to gb2312 or gb18030 will get the characters displayed fine but in the beginning of the characters will has an extra "~{". Input as gb2312 or gb18030 charset won't has this problem.

I think both roy and me are off mozilla for more than 2 years. If these bugs are still here now, I think the real stauts is 'won't fix'. If you want to reopen it, please find a new owner for it first.
