Mouse wheel or two finger scrolling stops working and Firefox requires a restart to get it working again. Scrolling with the cursor keys still works. I have noticed this on Mac and Windows but I do not have good STR.
seeing this regularly out of nightly on my MacBook Pro 13" too.
This sounds a lot like bug 1257862, which got closed 11 days ago.

Cc'ing kats to get it on his radar.

FWIW, it has happened for months on my wife's 2010 MacBook Air. Never managed to reproduce it in a clear profile. I ended getting her a new laptop..
Anthony, what Nightly build are you seeing this on? It does indeed sound a lot like bug 1257862.
