If tabbed browsing is enabled, the lock doesn't change to yellow and page info
doesn't show the correct security information.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open https://www.fortify.net/sslcheck.html
2.double click on the lock or open page info
Actual Results: same result
