This is a meta bug for the Firefox OS Transition work to remove the app centric process model and use the one chrome one content or one chrome multiple content process model used by Desktop E10s.
Work involves
1. Remove app process. There is only content process left.
1.1 When create new tabs, respect the process count limit and reuse existing process if possible.
2. Remove app permission check in various places.
3. more to come...

Kan-Ru, I am wondering if bug 1262180, bug 1264655 and bug 1265062 are not just all symptoms of moving pieces to ship e10s that are breaking our current process model? If so, then I guess we should just WONTFIX then, disable OOP until we switch to making use of e10s ?

Most of them are permissions related. We should not WONTFIX them. Link them to this bug so they will be fixed eventually. In the meantime you could disable OOP until blockers are fixed.
