Can we get this fixed in 0.9.9? Drivers will approve a patch that rbs and
bstell both think is better shipped in 0.9.9 than released without a milestone's
testing and talkback in 1.0. Roger, can you advise brian on where to go to run
this to ground in the next few days? Thanks.

I have provided some hints by e-mail to bstell earlier.
bstell, a possible way to proceed for your development could be to enable all
the fonts (TT and T1) in ucvmath -- they have distinct IDs and so they won't
clash; Then, add all the new TT entries in the #ifdef MOZ_MATHML charset mapping
list that is in the font code; Then during font lookup, filter the list and only
use the TT mathfonts with FreeType. In this way, it might be possible to use
both T1 and TT without having to recompile or flip the #ifdefs in ucvmath.
