It is unclear whether we want an action for potentially unwanted downloads that unblocks and opens the file directly. An alternative may be to unblock first, and then either open the file or open the containing folder like it happens with a normal download.
In general we still need a way of unblocking the file without opening it yet, from the context menu maybe, especially if we expire the item automatically. Maybe we could expect advanced users to go to the file system and remove the ".part" extension, but currently we are unable to detect changes made to the file system for blocked downloads, so the item in Firefox might still appear as blocked, with the only sensible option to get rid of the desynchronized item being "remove from history".

We do have the action to unblock directly now, so there is no need for this bug anymore.
