Netscape 4 would just throw away the picture and code that was including it;
Mozilla does not do it giving me an error "There was a problem including file
bla-bla-bla" and offering to send or save draft without the file.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Get an HTML message with a picture and try replying.
Expected Results: Just remove the picture and HTML code that includes it when
assembling the reply.
