After I edit & save a local html file, I get a 'base' tag in the html head
section. (like <base href="file:///W:/html/projects/bochs_plex86/index.html">)
This html file links to some image files in the current directory (I got some
tags like <img src="bochs_vbe_shot_06.jpg" ... >
I uploaded this file to my webserver. Now if try to access the page from
Internet Explorer (6)I get no images at all since IE is trying to access
file:///W:/html/projects/bochs_plex86/bochs_vbe_shot_06.jpg instead of
"bochs_vbe_shot_06.jpg".
This *could* be an IE problem (with the base tag), but if anyone using composer
is making websites that need to be seen by IE then this is a *serious* problem.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. make a new html file
2. save it to disk
3. put some images in the same directory
4. add the images to the html file
5. save the html file
6. put the files on a webserver and have a look with IE (possibly on a different
machine or first remove the local images)
Actual Results: IE tries to access the images with the wrong url, so I see
'empty' boxes where my images should have been.
Expected Results: I expected to see images in my webpage

I suggest you manually remove the base tag in a different editor before you
upload or that you publish in Composer to upload....
