Details
This meta bug tracks bugs that are blocked on us getting a "manage devices" UI. While this UI will almost certainly live on the server, we need it to exist in such a way that the client can deliver the required UX.

I'm proposing adding some contextual menu items in the Synced Tabs sidebar, though client support is needed for Rename, and even possibly Disconnect. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1269277#c1

We've got "Manage Devices" in the sidebar and there are no other dependent bugs for this meta, so FIXED.
