nexus-6p-8 disconnected from usb 2016-05-04 5:09PM and did not recover when the host rebooted. :-( It probably needs to be disconnected and reconnected.
van, stephend: if you are going to be in the office tomorrow, could you check on this device? If not, I'll try to ping someone in #servicedesk.

i was in the office so i took care of this. phone is back online with verified ateam IP.
