Details
When the current tab viewed is changed, by clicking on another, the content of
the navigation bar remain the one of the previous tab.

I haven't been able track down exactly what situations cause this to occur, but
I've noticed this to happen occasionally, where switching to another tab and
then back will fix it. Also, sometimes the title on the tab is incorrect, where
it will show 'unknown', but the correct title shows up in the title bar. A
refresh usually resolves this.
