Whilst https://login.taskcluster.net/ currently also supports logins using Okta, I'm presuming we'll want to replace the Persona login method with another one that can be used by non-employees that don't have an LDAP account?
Presumably Firefox Accounts would be a good option for this? See suggestions on:

Persona is just authentication for mozillians groups, so when mozillians selects a new authentication mechanism, we'll switch to that. In the absence of information on what mozillians will be using, and since Persona still works, there's nothing to do (yet).
