win2k, optimized build and debug build (both are 2h old, clobbered)
Open this link and see that the content is missing.
(You see only a star background and an image)
This works with my debug build ! (same source, same profile !!)
smontago (on #mozilla) see the same problem (works in debug builds but not in
optimized builds but works in an optimized Linux build))
From Stephend: "http://www.protonradio.com/" has a simular problem. (missing
content in his build (opt), my Debug=ok, optimized build=Bug)
This is a regression from the last 24-48h...
Compiler Bug ?

This is exactly the same i see at http://www.audiogalaxy.com reported in bug
127372 .
Make the page less tall, and content snaps into place.
Make the page taller again, and the moment the scrollbar is gone - gone is the
content too.
Strange. I do not see this bug nor bug 127372 with an official build;
2002022208. Only with CVS builds. I added my .mozconfig in bug 127372.
Since the bug is visible on both linux and windows CVS builds, it's more likely
a build config bug than a compiler bug.
Do we have anything in common regarding what we disable in the build configuration?

testcase. the problem is height="xx%" in the table tag. if the window is
large enough so that the table is larger than it needs to be, the contents of
the table are not displayed.

I was able to reproduce with CVS build with:
ac_add_options --disable-dtd-debug
ac_add_options --enable-optimize=-O
The scrollbar not going away was also caused by the height=100%
