[Testing Steps]
1. Add a new folder with any card
2. Navigate to any card
3. Navigate to a folder then press down arrow key
[Expected result]
Should navigate to the app in folder
[Actual result]
It will navigate to filter if animation doesn't finished

Environment: 2.6 Simulator

I'm not sure I get the problem... Mike, because it's about animation, could you provide a video to better explain the case? Thanks!

Please see the attachment which shows pressing down arrow key before animation finished will jump to filter. Also, the consuming time to finish animation will be longer if more cards in a folder.

Hi Jack,
I'm not sure if we should ignore the DOWN key in this case. Note that cards in the folder can't be focused until the animation is finished.
