Bob,
I also modified certPrefix and keyPrefix, because the only place where I could
find this string showed that capitalization (in the template used to search
it).
You may want to verify that what I did in that case was correct.

Stephan's patch looks good, There are two other certprefix/keyprefix values that
are wrong in secmod_parseTokenParameters in the same file. r=relyea
