bottom of page 'duplicate' button focuses top of page duplicate field

when you click on the bottom of page 'duplicate' button, the duplicate field at the top of the page is focused instead of the one next to the button you clicked.

in my pre-coffee morning-ness it looks that change looks like it will always focus the bottom field, which is also wrong.
it should focus the field next to the clicked duplicate button.

Actually this is problematic as the top dup id is still focused first.
